What is the best Horde leveling route in WoW Forever?
Finish your starter zone, use the Barrens as your hub from 10 to 25, add Silverpine, Ashenvale or Stonetalon on the side, then move to Stranglethorn and Thousand Needles for the 30s.

Follow the rows in order. Changed means Forever differs from Classic. Unconfirmed means we are using the Classic route and nobody has verified it for Forever yet.

FAQ
What is the best Horde leveling route in WoW Forever?＋
Use the Classic Horde chain: starter zone, the Barrens, Stonetalon or Ashenvale, Hillsbrad, then Thousand Needles and Stranglethorn. Each row in the table says whether Forever changed or merely hasn't been checked.
Is the Barrens still the hub?＋
As far as the Classic layout goes, yes. We have no Forever source saying the Barrens changed, but the beta stopped at level 30, so treat that as the Classic route, unconfirmed.
Where do Windshaper Skyborne go after Zephras Isle?＋
We could not confirm. Windshapers are Horde Skyborne starting on Zephras Isle (levels 1 to 12). Until verified, expect them to join the Horde road at the Barrens; that is our guess, not a fact.
Is there a Horde boat or zeppelin shortcut?＋
The new Stormwind Harbor to Auberdine boat is an Alliance route. For Horde we rely on the Classic zeppelins and flight paths; we have not seen new Horde routes confirmed.
When should I start dungeons?＋
From around level 13. Kill XP was reduced and quest XP raised, then party XP set back to Classic Era behaviour, so the value is mostly in quests and gear.
